Janice Stevens

Founder and Owner

Janice has a long history of both community and family engagement while holding both full and part time employment. Her experience is quite varied and includes many years of volunteer leadership positions in local schools and scouting organizations.  Janice played an active part not only in the construction and remodel of her own home, she also helped complete construction projects with her husband. Through her employment history she gained experience in office application, scheduling, project management, and marketing. Janice, along with being one of the most genuinely kind people you may ever meet, is passionate about helping people and improving communities.

Roy Stevens

Co-Founder

Roy has been engaged in an engineering career for over thirty years. Early on in his path, Roy worked as an Energy Auditor where he would report on the energy savings gained from home improvements. He also worked for a construction company where he helped with planning and delivery of residential contracts ranging from simple remodel to complete new home construction. While these are not part of his most recent positions, he has relied on this experience to help with his own home projects as well as the occasional side gig. Roy has a strong work ethic and has an insatiable desire to not only see a project through, but honestly help people.

Christy Schmich

Executive Manager

Christy worked in healthcare for twenty-one years. Through the local school district’s Parent as Teachers program she was a Parent Educator for twenty years and recently retired. Christy has purchased, remodeled and subsequently sold an investment property. Christy has been helping people throughout her life and is driven to enhance communities one house at a time, fostering home ownership.

Brianna Stevens

Social Media Marketing Specialist

Brianna has five years of experience in varying marketing fields. She is passionate about helping people grow through their marketing and social media plans. She has spent many years volunteering and serving others, and is excited to help others along their journeys.

At S and S Property Group we work hard to create a positive and productive mutually beneficial relationships with our team members.  


We work hand-in hand with local Real Estate Agents to submit cash offers on properties that fit our criteria. We focus on submitting offers quickly, with strong, yet flexible terms that benefit the seller based on their circumstances. Our goal is to perform on each and every transaction; submitting our Earnest Money Deposit, signing off on all Contingencies, and wiring our closing funds on the Close of Escrow date are the top priorities for our Acquisitions Team.


We understand how true the old adage, Time is Money, actually is. A quality real estate wholesaler can save us time. Understanding this, we happily share the potential for profit with our team.  We anticipate and expect that a wholesaler makes money on their side of the transaction.  We have a system in place and can provide a detailed description of our buying criteria. If a property meets this criteria, we will purchase it.


We strive to assist in the business development of our contracting teams with a goal of mutual growth and continued, long-term success. The use of our proven construction rehab system results in a more predictable and efficient process which consistently creates a superior product and increased profit for our contractors.
