Determining a realistic value is truly foundational to the financial outcome of the project. Coming to this number is a bit of a judgment call, but it should be based on facts. In this service, we consider what homes in the area have sold for in the recent past, the condition of the neighborhood, how this property fits in the neighborhood, access to transportation, proximity to retail stores, restaurants, entertainment, schools, and employment hubs.
